3 California real estate firms scoop up 55-acre RV park in Altamonte Springs

The Orlando Business Journal reports that RDC Altamonte Springs LLC, a joint venture of RanchHarbor, Ramser Development and Saunders Property, bought the 55-acre Adult Toy Storage complex at 601 Hillview Drive. Ramser affiliate BRRVS was to manage the property and oversee the build-out of its remaining 14 acres.
