In September 2023, a trucking company leased one of the two industrial outdoor storage (IOS) parcels on Patch Road in Orlando. The lease was signed within weeks of Ramser Development Company's purchase of the property.
RDC acquired Truck Storage Depot in August 2023. The site, known as Seminole & Patch, covers about 14 acres in three parts: a 10-acre managed truck-parking facility with 250 spaces at 6302 Seminole Avenue, and two IOS parcels of about two acres each on Patch Road. The truck-parking facility had opened in January 2023 and was about half occupied when the sale closed.
The tenant uses the parcel as its Orlando operations base.
Truck Storage Depot was RDC's second Central Florida property, after RV Storage Depot Altamonte Springs in 2021.
