In July 2026, Ramser Development Company finished redeveloping the one-acre parcel at the center of the Hillview Drive expansion in Altamonte Springs for industrial outdoor storage (IOS).
RDC bought the parcel in March 2023. It sits in the middle of the 14-acre expansion RDC began in March 2022, and it was not part of the 55-acre property RDC's joint venture bought in 2021. The expansion was built around it. With this work, the parcel is improved to the same IOS use as the land around it.
IOS tenants that have leased at RV Storage Depot Altamonte Springs since 2023 include a utility contractor, a fiber-optic contractor, a disaster-relief company and a stormwater contractor. CBRE markets the property's IOS yards for RDC. The rest of the site operates as RV and boat storage under the RV Storage Depot name.
