In May 2026, a trucking company leased the second of the two industrial outdoor storage (IOS) parcels on Patch Road in Orlando. Both are part of Truck Storage Depot, the roughly 14-acre Seminole & Patch property RDC bought in August 2023. Another trucking company leased the first parcel in September 2023.
When RDC bought the property, its plan for each roughly two-acre IOS parcel was an office and small warehouse building, with the rest of the site set up for outdoor storage and parking behind perimeter fencing and security lighting.
The 10-acre, 250-space managed truck-parking facility at 6302 Seminole Avenue operates alongside the two parcels.
