In August 2024, a disaster-relief contractor leased two acres of industrial outdoor storage (IOS) at RV Storage Depot Altamonte Springs. It uses the yard to keep its emergency-response equipment between deployments.
The Altamonte Springs property sits in a northern suburb of Orlando, near the Interstate 4 interchange at Maitland and State Roads 434 and 436.
The yard is one of several IOS lots RDC has leased at the property since April 2023. The first two went to Jingoli Power, a utility contractor, and an undisclosed Fortune 500 company. The rest of the 55-acre property operates as RV and boat storage under the RV Storage Depot name.
