RDC's joint venture bought the property in December 2021, and the first industrial outdoor storage (IOS) leases there were announced in April 2023. The property's IOS tenants have included utility, fiber-optic, disaster-relief and stormwater contractors. The rest of the 55-acre site operates as RV and boat storage under the RV Storage Depot name.
