Ramser Strategy Strengthens With Sale of Long Beach Property

Toy Storage Nation reports the sale of Ramser Development's 1.25-acre Long Beach retail property, leased to Dollar Tree and Family Dollar and acquired in 2019. Scott Ramser said the capital would be redeployed into the firm's primary investment strategy, RV and boat storage.
