Dollar Tree Property Sells in Long Beach

The Los Angeles Business Journal reports the sale of a 1.25-acre retail property at 5117 Atlantic Ave. in Long Beach, leased to Dollar Tree and Family Dollar. Ramser Development bought the property in 2019 through a 1031 exchange and said it would put the proceeds into its RV and boat storage facilities.
