As of October 2026, the managed truck-parking facility at Truck Storage Depot, 6302 Seminole Avenue in Orlando, is fully occupied. The facility opened in January 2023. When Ramser Development Company bought the property that August, its 250 spaces were about half occupied.
Tenants include a commercial driver's license (CDL) training school, a freight logistics carrier and a last-mile delivery company.
Both of the property's industrial outdoor storage parcels on Patch Road are also leased. A trucking company took one in September 2023 and another trucking company took the other in May 2026.
At acquisition, RDC said it would bring its own operating structure and management systems to the property. Truck Storage Depot is RDC's second Central Florida asset, after RV Storage Depot Altamonte Springs.
